Every project has a specific monthly hour requirement that loopers must meet. That maximum number is 160 hours, which is equivalent to 8 hours a day, for 5 days a week. Therefore, loopers can only accept projects that fall within their hour limitations. This means that they must ensure that they do not exceed the 160 hours per month allocated to work on a project. This approach aims to ensure that loopers are not overburdened and can maintain a healthy work-life balance. It also helps ensure that they can dedicate themselves properly to each project and produce quality work, without feeling pressured by excessive hours worked.
